I managed to get my stained glass door quilt basted today.
I really want to get on with some free motion quilting and lots of it in mind for this one.
I’m still not sure how the fused bits will look and am a bit dubious about how to go about quilting them, but hopefully all will come together.

It is looking so good . As for the quilting -just go for it None of the applique needs to be edge stitched . If you are using stitches over the entire quilt , those stitches will hold the applique down .
