This came in the post. It is the cotton patch brochure summer 2010, I couldn’t resist sharing it – for quilters and bag lovers or anyone with a love for colour and fabric. Just to make me really want some of the newest of Amy Butler‘s collection there are some oilcloth pieces to tempt. Beautiful, what an amazing fabric and bag designer she is. Amy Butler and Lisa Lam are featured too, cotton patch showing off their new books, they have some signed copies but these are limited. Lisa Lam has been mentioned in many of the blogs I read – veryberry.wordpress.com and http://daisymadeit.typepad.com/ to mention just a couple. Amy Butler has a feature on ButtonsandBows blog which gives a good insight into how Amy Butler started out. I have also been looking at some of Lisa Lam’s online tutorials she is linked or is U-Handbags which I stumbled across in my early searching for bag bits on the net. I do like her friendly style of writing and the tutorials are clear and easy to follow. Well enough of me chattering take a look:
Tempted?? I definitely am!!!
Hi Dianna, how do you order the brochure? I couldn’t see how to get one on their website – it looks really lovely.
Jane 😀
I’m not sure. I ordered something from cotton patch and unintentionally was sent the brochure. They are a good online shop, efficient and fast. I ordered a cutting board and rotary cutter and received it very promptly. Dianna
Truly great result XAgs
Thank you, practice, practice practice!! I am so pleased.
