Folksy Friday – Natural Materials

18 Mar

There are so many beautiful things in this world, it’s devastating when disasters hit.  My mind has been much on the Japan disaster this past week, the nuclear plant adding more weight to it all.  Something like this makes me realize just how tiny we all are on this planet and the enormity of mother earth ever powerful.  I thought I would celebrate and focus on some of the beauty mother earth gives us today through these Folksy sellers work with natural materials, thank you:)  All the while giving thought to people in Japan.

Loved your feature. Through it I have discovered two new favourite shops. I believe Japan and its’ people are in all our thoughts. Such devastation, a cruel reminder, the planet Earth is its’ own master and will not be tamed! x

Beautiful selections, thank you for including my bracelet. The situation in Japan is so awful to contemplate, I hope that things start calming down there soon so that the people can slowly start to recover what they can of their lives.
