Bunting Beginnings…

A customer requested some oilcloth bunting for the garden.  I did a bit of research about it on other blogs and then made these up.  I used some plastic piping underneath the bias tape as I was concerned that the weight of the oilcloth might stretch the bias tape alone.  That was the tricky part, but I think it will make the bunting longer lasting.  They do look lovely, I hung them around the apple tree to have a look before they are posted off to their new home.  Pretty, aren’t they?
