Liberty Cup Cake Aprons

12 Jun

I made these aprons yesterday, using up some liberty fabric scraps I had left over from my very first quilt.

Some exciting news too – all the LMQG mini quilts are showing in the John Lewis Store Oxford Street London.  Check out the post on the London Modern Quilt Guild for a photo of them – do you see mine?

I love this cupcake design, so subtle. I can see another adult size apron order on the way. JL is very lucky to be showing all this quilts or I should say pieces of art in their space.
The “lizard eye” is definitely standing out! An amazing 3D effect, how do you do that!???!

Much too nice to actually be used for cooking. They are gorgeous.
