A walk from Westminster Tube to Tate Britain in London Town

15 Jul

I managed to get to the Tate Britain today – it was dry so a walk by the river was possible, surprisingly so, as the rain has fell more often than not here in the UK ever since the hosepipe ban was put in place.

Our next themed quilt challenge for the London Modern Quilt Guild is … ‘What London Means to you’.  With this in mind I took some photo’s on my walk to the Tate Britain to help inspire me.

We got to see the Picasso exhibition , cutting it fine – it was the last day – thought provoking indeed.

Have a good week and thanks for popping over,

I’ll be chatting soon,

So glad you got to the Tate. Picasso’s work is indeed thought provoking . He was way ahead of his time and changed the way modern art developed . So one may not like his work but it does challenge one .
