I like the change in weather and the possibility of snow. The cooler weather helps me to enjoy the spirit of the season as I grew up north of where I live now and we usually had snow on the ground when “Santa” visited.
This is a lovely looking bag, thanks for the chance! This season, I love seeing everyone’s reaction when they open their gifts. It makes all the choosing and buying worthwhile!
For me, it has to be the smells. Nutmeg , cinnamon, and pine trees. Wonderful.
My favorite thing? Hmmm. I’m not sure exactly what my favorite is… but looking at the tree lights sparkle at night in the dark is a very nice thing.
Have you ever laid down underneath your tree and looked up at the lights?
It is a special way to enjoy the warmth and sparkle.

I love being able to visit with family and friends.
One of my favorite things about the holidays is taking my 2 great-nephews to the theater. We started 6 years ago when the oldest was 4 – I took him to an abreviated version of the Nutcracker ballet and he loved it. I have since added his brother and this year my grandaughter. I love taking watching them watch the play. Hopefully I filling their “memory banks” with happy memories.
My favourite thing about Christmas time is having family to share it with, especially the grandchildren.
My favorite thing about the holiday season is the happiness that seems to be everywhere… People just seem to be a little kinder to one another…. The best thing is knowing that I’ll be snuggled in my cozy little home with my munchkins and my hubby on Christmas morning, listening to them exclaim over and over again that it’s the best day of their life as they do every year. It amazes me that despite how little we do in the way of Christmas presents, they’re always so thrilled they nearly cry with happiness.

This bag is just wonderful! I love the Advent time because there are so many Christmas markets around to visit an see what craft they offer, drink some good tea or perhaps some glühwein at home and eat the best homemade Christmas cookis in town (made of my 14-year old daughter)
